Before I even started getting coached, I had heard that "it's good to journal", "it helps your mind stop spinning"... so i tried it. But I couldn't keep the habit because I wasn't seeing the results for it. Until I learned a few coaching tools that made journaling make sense.

Today, I support high-achievers create the "AND life" they had imagined having (when signing up for their career) without needing to quit their job, feeling overwhelmed, become a person they don't want to, needing to do more, or go through burnout to make changes.

And learning the micro habit of directing your brain is a first HUGE step towards that.
